  • As Home Managers we know your home and how you want your home to look post clean. We document your home in its “Guest Ready” state so that, when combined with our expert cleaning teams, you’ll get consistently great cleans. Oh – and we bill by the hour, so you only pay for the work done. Total value.

    • Hourly Cleans – sometimes your home is left in great shape by two guests, other times a party of 12 leave it a mess. With Second Home Care clients pay only for work needed. You can even set a maximum number of clean hours to ensure you stay on budget.

    • We can work with your vacation calendar & clean after every rental, or we can work at your request.

    • Sanitized homes are safe homes - if clients ever need extra precautions we have electrostatic sprayer and foggers to hit EVERY surface & ensure a virus free home!

  • There’s nothing a cool as hanging in your hot tub with the snow coming down. But with water at over 100 degrees and guests hopping in and out there’s a lot of room for error. Add our Spa Service to your inspection program and our Certified Pool Operator will keep your spa water clean and balanced. With each spa check you’ll receive an update on water quality, level of Total Dissolved Solids, and maintenance needs. As needed, we’ll empty, clean and refill your spa or change the filters. So when you and your guests arrive it’s ready to relax.

Seth is from the small town in Northern California called Red Bluff.. he moved to Tahoe to contribute with building custom homes, and enjoy the beautiful mountain weather. After the work was completed, I decided to stay long term! I’m a musician in the Reno and Northern California area and have been for the last 8 years. I have a wonderful girlfriend and dog, and love to golf or travel on my spare time.
