  • The team at Second Home are all fabulous. Very responsive and communicative. We have a home in Tahoe Donner that we use as well as rent. They have good processes in place for managing the various programs they run and good relationships with local tradespeople- house cleaning, snow removal, regular inspections and ongoing repair and maintenance needs, etc. I appreciate this group of had working people who help keep our home in good condition and keep us apprised of any issues. They try to accommodate all their client’s needs and the rare occasion not able to help it was a very last minute request we made during the worst snow storm of the year - very reasonable.

  • Need the heat turned up? Forgot to turn something off? Have a contractor coming by but you can’t be there? SHC will take care of it for you. They are friendly and bend over backwards to make sure everything is good - they make it easier for you to enjoy your second home in Truckee. I wish I had found them earlier. Their network of contractors (cleaners, roofers, plumbers, snowplowers, etc) have special network rates - they are like a PPO Health Plan for your house. I highly recommend their service!
